Hands of Hope Community Food Pantry

"Assist families in need as they shop for food items, fresh produce, baby goods, and hygiene items in a supermarket setting. Volunteer duties may include: greeting, welcoming and assisting shoppers; sorting donations, checking for expiration dates, removing outdated/spoiled produce; stocking shelves; bagging groceries; cleaning; sweeping/mopping floors.." 

Volunteer Guidelines

MANDATORY DRESS CODE:

• Comfortable shoes that are closed-toe/closed heel, non-slip
• Long pants (no shorts, skirts, or leggings)
• Shirts with sleeves (no tanktops)

•  The main entrance is located on Las Vegas Boulevard between Foremaster and Owens. As our parking is limited, it is very helpful to carpool as much as possible. All visitors are asked to stop and check in at the security booth when you pull in to the parking lot.

PERSONAL ITEMS

There is no secure storage for handbags, cell phones, car keys, or other personal items. Please lock all valuables out of sight in your car. We advise clothing with pockets for keys.
